COVID-19 UPDATE
Our top priority is the health and safety of our employees and customers, so we completely redesigned our production and fulfillment center to comply with state recommended social distancing and PPE guidelines.
What does this mean for you?
- Processing times may be delayed. Generally processing times are within 3-5 business days* although currently those times vary due to the issues relating to COVID-19 and government orders and the impact to our business. Processing times may also be extended during holidays, launches/re-stocks, limited edition releases and promotions.
- We will notify you as soon as your order ships or if we foresee any issues with fulfilling your order.
- You can cancel for a full refund. We have updated our return policy so you can cancel any unshipped order at any time for a full refund.

*Please understand that business days do not include weekends or holidays such as New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed due to the current pandemic. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

DOMESTIC
- FREE US SHIPPING on all orders over $50 (3-6 business days after processing)
- $8.95 flat fee for Standard US Shipping (3-6 business days after processing)
INTERNATIONAL
- $14.95 flat fee for Standard International Shipping (once shipped international transit times may vary by country)

DELIVERY
WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE BE DELIVERED?
Processing time for orders is 3-5 business days (business days do not include weekends or holidays). These times may be extended during holidays, launches/restocks, limited edition releases and promotions. Once shipped, delivery time within the United States is 3-6 days and 10-21 business days internationally. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time. All orders are shipped via USPS. Please note, we are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by, but not limited to, the following: customs, natural occurrences, air/ground transportation strikes/delays or transfers from USPS to international mail carriers.
I AM AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER; DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS AND TAXES?
Items shipped outside of the United States are subject to duties, taxes, handling and/or other miscellaneous charges as defined by the country of import. These fees are not included in the cost of your order and therefore can not be reimbursed by KKW Beauty. Customs regulations in the U.S.A. require that we display the full product value on the front of the package (this includes products that are purchased at a discounted price or are part of a promotion). Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Alia’s-Store (www.alias-store.com) is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking (How do I check the status of my order?)
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 30-45 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at aliasonline2@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. You can also track you order at: https://www.alias-store.com/policies/shipping-policy
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Alia’s-Store (www.alias-store.com) ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Damages
Alia’s-Store (www.alias-store.com) is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Alia’s-Store Return & Refund Policy (https://www.alias-store.com/policies/refund-policy) provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order.
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at aliasonline2@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
