Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed due to the current pandemic. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

At this time we do not ship to countries outside of the United States

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Alia’s-Store (www.alias-store.com) is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking (How do I check the status of my order?)

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 30-45 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at aliasonline2@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. You can also track you order at: https://www.alias-store.com/policies/shipping-policy

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

 Alia’s-Store (www.alias-store.com) ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.


 Alia’s-Store (www.alias-store.com) is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

 Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Alia’s-Store Return & Refund Policy (https://www.alias-store.com/policies/refund-policyprovides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order.

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at aliasonline2@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
