Thank you for your purchase.  We hope you are happy with your purchase.  However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund.   Our return policy lasts 14 days. Unfortunately, if 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

Refund & Return Policy:

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.  We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return results from our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  

You should expect to receive your refund within 14 days of giving your package to the return shipper; however, you will receive the refund more quickly in many cases.  This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5-10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). 


All returns may be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date.  All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Return Process

To return an item, please email customer service at aliasonline2@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and include your proof of purchase/and the return form provided, and mail your return to the following address: Alia’s-Store, Attn: Returns, [RMA #], 9023 Groffs Mill Drive, Owings Mills, MD 21117 

Non-returnable items:

Perishable goods and several types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. 

Additional non-returnable items: 

  • Gift cards 
  • Downloadable software products 
  • Some health and personal care items  

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  *Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 10 business days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  Next, contact your bank. 

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, don't hesitate to get in touch with us at aliasonline2@gmail.com.  

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 

  • Book with obvious signs of use 
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened 
  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery 

 Refunds and Exchanges:

Alia’s Store retains the right to charge you a 30% restocking fee for refunded items if the product is inspected and determined to be in good physical condition. 

This fee covers the cost of labor and repackaging a product that is found to be in good condition.

Sale items (if applicable) 

Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. 

Replacement (if applicable) 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a defective item, Alia’s Store will replace it at no cost within 14 days of the receipt of the item. All shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.  


If the item were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’d receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.

Shipping and handling charges, gift wrap fees, and taxes paid (such as state, customs, or VAT) are not refundable. 

You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges, and you assume the risk of loss or damage to the returned product (s) while in transit back to Aliasonline2@gmail.com. 

If you return the Product to Alia’s-Store,

(a) without a return authorization from Alia’s-Store or

(b) without all parts and accessories originally included in your purchase. Alia’s Store retains the right to either refuse acceptance of such a return or charge you a restocking fee of 30% of the original price of the product (s) or the retail value of the missing parts and accessories, whichever is higher. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
